RETURN POLICY:

You may return all items purchased at EpicWeapons.com within 14 days of the original delivery, unless the item is an engraved product or an EPIC Weapons Licensed Products. All EPIC Weapons Products sales are final and each customer acknowledge and accepts these terms upon the original online purchase. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). You can request an RMA number by going to MY ACCOUNT -> ORDER HISTORY and then choosing the order number. At the bottom of that screen you will need to fill out the form letting us know what product(s) you are returning. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. please keep in mind that if the payment option was a credit Card that the credit Card company can take up to 30 days to post your refund. We do not have any control over this.

Right to Suspend or Terminate:

In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/registration/bid while we investigate further. We Reserve the Right to Authenticate Auction Bid – Final Winning Bid Payment:

EPICWEAPONS.COM reserves the right to authenticate any registered participates bid at anytime during the auction. Additionally, the company may choose to preauthorize a specified dollar amount using the credit card used to register for the auction at any time. The preauthorized amount may be placed up to the largest bid amount throughout the auction. If an auction participant is the successful bid winner for an item, then EPICWEAPONS.COM will charge the full amount of the winning bid to the auction participant’s credit card used during registration. At the end of the auction EPICWEAPONS.COM will invoice the winners. At that time a winner may choose to pay for the final bid amount using their original payment method, paypal or provide another credit card to complete the transaction.

Your Conduct:

You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web-site. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. Release:

Resolution of Disputes:

If a dispute arises between you and EPICWEAPONS.COM , our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and EPICWEAPONS.COM agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of this Agreement or our services (a "Claim") in accordance with one of the subsections below or as we and you otherwise agree in writing. Before resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by going to the help page. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.

• Arbitration Option - For any claim (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) where the total amount of the award sought is less than $10,000, the party requesting relief may elect to resolve the dispute in a cost effective manner through binding non-appearance-based arbitration. In the event a party elects arbitration, they shall initiate such arbitration through an established alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") provider mutually agreed upon by the parties. The ADR provider and the parties must comply with the following rules: a) the arbitration shall be conducted by telephone, online and/or be solely based on written submissions, the specific manner shall be chosen by the party initiating the arbitration; b) the arbitration shall not involve any personal appearance by the parties or witnesses unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties; and c) any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
  
  
• Improperly Filed Claims - All claims you bring against EPICWEAPONS.COM must be resolved in accordance with this Resolution of Disputes Section. All claims filed or brought contrary to the Resolution of Disputes Section shall be considered improperly filed. Should you file a claim contrary to the Resolution of Disputes Section, EPICWEAPONS.COM may recover attorneys' fees and costs up to $1,000, provided that EPICWEAPONS.COM has notified you in writing of the improperly filed claim, and you have failed to promptly withdraw the claim.

Outage Policy:

It is EPICWEAPONS.COM's highest priority that its members' experience bidding and registration success. However, the EPICWEAPONS.COM Auction site occasionally may experience outages and/or delays during which bidders may not be able to place bids or effectively register for an auction. During such occasions our company has established effective site management practices to address these high traffic times, while these protocols will eventually restore the flow of traffic to our users. All auctions hereby acknowledge that these occasions may be out of our control and hereby hold EPICWEAPONS.COM harmless for such instances.

Return Policy:

This is an auction. Therefore each participant acknowledges that they are registering and submitting a fee, as listed herewith, to take part in the auction. Although each registered participant will receive a sword as a result of taking part in the auction - all sales are Final. If there are any issues with items received by the buyer - the company will address the issue on a case by case basis.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT:

All items purchased from EpicWeapons.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Also, WeaponMaster.com is not responsible for any products ordered and shipped that have been siezed by customs. It is the customers responsibility to know if the products they order are legal and able to be imported into thier country. If the product(s) are seized there will be no refund.
